Shipping, Discretion and Returns.

Of course your order will be sent quickly and discreetly at WhipsbyWolf.com. We will make sure than after ordering at our website we hand over the package to our Postal partner within 2-4 business days.

The usual delivery times can be found on the website of our shipping partner (www.postnl.nl) within the Netherlands it’s usually the next day. Our packages are completely discrete and also the return address is addressed to “ WbW”.

Due to the unique nature of our products we only ship secured as standard, if for any reason you have reservations about that please contact us through e-mail.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for shipments is determined by our shipping partner and will be subdued to periodic price inflation. Due to us being a small passion driven business we unfortunately can not provide free shipping.

Delivery time

The delivery time for shipments within the Netherlands is usually the next day after receiving the track and trace code from our partner, within Europe it’s usually between 3-5 business days and worldwide it’s usually within 10-15 business days, however WhipsbyWolf can not be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping partners (such as the package being investigated by border control or Force Majeure).

Discreetly shipping

Our packages are completely discreet, the sender and content won’t be visible on the package. We also do our best to not have your package delivered by your neighbors, however sometimes the postal services don’t provide such a service.

Track your package online

Once we’ve handed over the package to our shipping partner, our shipping partner will provide you with an Track and Trace e-mail on the e-mail address provide to us upon ordering, your delivery can be tracked through them, in the rare case something is wrong, you can send us an e-mail stating your order number and the track and trace code, that way we’ll contact the shipping partner and see what’s going on with your package. This can only be done after the usual delivery time is surpassed.

Returns

Whips by wolf can only accept returns of unused products in it’s original packaging, for hygienic reasons. Once the product is used it’s no longer viable for returning. In case of a return there always has to be given a written notice to: Info@whipsbywolf.com. Stating your order number and the reason for return.

In the case of a production defect WbW will need to have the products back to access the products. Returning packages can be shipped to: WbW,zwette14,3209BN Hekelingen, The Netherlands.

Shipping costs of returning a product is not to be paid by WbW.
